I have 9 years of teaching experience. This is my third year in RAS. I love RAS because RAS provide a good environment for me to inspire students’ growth and progress. It’s also quite widely believed that students can learn better if the school provided a good environment. For my principles in teaching, I always encourage students be an active learner in the class, they need to make learning a part of their life. Always ask students to present their work to the class, using ‘what-if’ situations to make students think about something different and giving students problem-solving tasks to complete. I will also encourage the students to focus on doing their best, instead of worrying about grades or answer wrongly.
