Tiago Silva is excited to be joining Raffles American School in August 2023. Tiago is a Portuguese teacher who holds a Bachelor degree in Sports Science and a Master degree in PE Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education. In his previous experiences in China he was able to help develop a football teaching methodology to be used in Beijing schools by the Education Bureau of Beijing and to create a peer mentoring student program in one of his football club CCA, connecting sports and academic development, which was kept and used by all students in the following years. In the last few years this program has grown and students who went abroad kept using it to help students from their previous high school. In his free time, Tiago likes to watch some movies and series, to hang out and to explore more about the local culture and food.
