Megan Nenke graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Geography and minoring in History. She went on to pursue a Graduate Diploma of Education from the same university, with qualifications to teach Humanities/Social Studies, English, and Religious Education. She is currently a High School AP English and Geography teacher, as well as Middle School Social Studies. She recently attended an online Advanced Placement Summer Institute to further her knowledge of teaching AP English Literature and Composition. She has taught in a wide variety of schools, from a large school in a rural mining town in Western Australia to a very small school in a farming community. Megan has worked with indigenous and international students in Australia and brings with her a passion for making learning relevant and inspiring her students to change the world for the better. Besides spending time at the beach or pool with her husband and two young sons, Megan enjoys hiking, the outdoors and exploring new cultures around the world.
