Yi Wen Phuan

Ms. Yi Wen Phuan joined Raffles American School in August 2023 as a chemical engineering lecturer. She holds Bachelor’s and Doctorate degrees in Chemical Engineering from Monash University and has over 10 years of experience in academia and research. Yi Wen’s expertise includes photoelectrochemical water splitting and numerous publications in materials science. She has lectured at the University of Reading Malaysia and Xiamen University Malaysia. Known for her engaging teaching style, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and baking, and lives by the mantra, “If you believe it, you can achieve it!”
