Ms. Shirin Boymatova has over 15 years of experience working in international schools in Uzbekistan and, more recently, in elementary education at Raffles American School, Malaysia. She is passionate about creating a student-centered, engaging learning environment where every child feels safe, respected, and valued, encouraging students to express themselves and develop their agency, independence, and confidence. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, she values hands-on learning and regularly connects classroom experiences to the outdoors and real life.
