With 30 years experience teaching PE, 14 of those in Portugal and 16 internationally. I hold a Bachelor of Education, major in Physical Education from Leiria Polytechnic Institute, Portugal. I am a dedicated teacher, always trying to understand, support and help my students. My goal is that everybody lives a meaningful life in a healthy and happy way. Outside the classroom, I like music, geography, history, traveling, sports and playing drums.
