Counselors guide students academically, socially, and emotionally, while curriculum coordinators ensure well-structured and effective learning programs. Together, they play a key role in student success.

Mr. J. Casey Hammond joined Raffles American School in August 2022 as a College Counselor. With experience in the U.S. and Singapore, he has taught undergraduate courses and guided students in their transition to university life.

With experience in the U.S. and Singapore, he has taught undergraduate courses and guided students in their transition to university life. A longtime resident of the region, he speaks Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame, a master’s from MIT, and a Ph.D. from Penn. Mr. Hammond is dedicated to helping students navigate the college admissions process and achieve their academic goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychological Science, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from James Cook University Australia, and a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from The University of Sydney. With experience in law enforcement training, education aid programs, and childcare, Dewi is passionate about student well-being. She believes in each student’s unique potential and is dedicated to guiding them toward success by equipping them with essential life skills
