Meghan Kelly is thrilled to be joining the Raffles American School team, leading grade four in a fabulous new year! Meghan is originally from the United States of America but grew up as a third-culture-kid, fueling her love of travel and teaching around the world. Malaysia is the seventh country Meghan has lived in and she is excited to learn more and explore. Meghan graduated with her bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Alabama (rolltide), later achieving her master’s degree in educational leadership from Northwest Missouri State University. While taking a leadership role to create a brand new science curriculum for ten grade three teachers at her international school in Shanghai, China was a great achievement, Meghan is most proud of her time serving with an educational nonprofit in the developing country, American Samoa. As her education career progresses, Meghan hopes to one day return to nonprofit work to help provide quality education to kids in need in developing countries around the world. Meghan is looking forward to a wonderful year at RAS with her amazing students!
