Independence and Accountability – Fourth Pillar of Boarding
As students mature into adulthood, learning to be independent and accountable for their school work and social life is critical to their ongoing success and development. As a tool, they will be able to use these during their studies at Raffles American School, University and future places of employment. Independence and Accountability will ensure that students have less reliance on other people for success, it will also assist them in better decision making, broaden their horizons and boost their confidence as well as improving their self-esteem and awareness.
Our highly educated boarding staff assist our students in developing these traits and skills during the course of their stay at Raffles Boarding.
